I need help! 32 step sequencer, dream pop and atmospheric sound

I want to invest in a synth which has an inbuilt sequencer of at least 32 steps and created an atmospheric dream pop sorta sound, and that has good drum sounds too... basically I need something that I can perform with, with keys, that I can be my own one woman band... I'm leaning towards the cobalt8 but would love any advice...

I'm a synth newbie but proficient on piano and I'm looking for something I can use preferably live and in the studio too...

My budget is about £700 max really...

Thanks all ☺️
