First of all, I wanna say that I'm a total newbie in the world of synthesis, during 2020 I just dared to buy a first synthesizer, the TD-3 and I found it too much fun! Then, on a silly impulse I bought the new version, the TD-3-MO and it turned out to be just as entertaining. A few months ago I bought my first drum machine, a TR-6S, which I am very happy with and, above all, admired for its power.
Now that I feel more confident about it, I want to get an audio mixer. This has been driving me crazy because I've read everywhere that it's one of the most important decisions to make when making DAWLESS music. Among my options were the MACKIE PROFX10V3 or even a RODECASTER Pro, but now a friend recommended me the BLUEBOX from 1010music, because of its large number of audio inputs and because it offers DJ FX, which gives me more confidence when creating my first demos or going to friends' houses to play live music.
What I want to know is if it is the most suitable option or what is your opinion about it, if you have other recommendations due to your experience. Also, how would you recommend me to make the MIDI connections to control the timing of the synthesizers, as well as recommendations of other synthesizers that might be interesting.
