Solder it yourself - complex vco

I've been looking into complex vco's. And I could just get the Odessa, that I have my eyes on. But it's expensive as are all the other complex vco's. So I have been wondering if there is a DIY solder kit for a single complete complex VCO module? Also, is the Ginko Synthese Seeds such a module?

Edit. I just found this. https://northcoastsynthesis.com/products/msk-013-middle-path-vco-sdiy-kit.html. Anyone made that?
