Neutron, Model D or Mother 32?

What’s up, I’m about to buy my first synthesizer but I still don’t know which one. I was thinking of one or two Neutrons with an SQ-1, one or two Model Ds with an SQ-1 or two Mother 32s. I want to create sounds like these: Model D, Neutron, Mother 32.

So what do you advice me to buy?
