Pamela's OLD Workout is slow?

Tldr; When I patch Pamela@140bpm to Metropolix, Metropolix always reports 139.5bpm.

I picked up a used Pamela's Workout V1 to act as a master clock and divider for my control skiff. (Rene V1, Steppy, Metropolix) I set Pamela to 140bpm; channel 1 to reset at /32; channel 2 to 16 (or was it 24?). Unfortunately Metropolix always reports a rock solid, but lower value than Pamela. (At 140, Metropolix reports 139.5; At 142 something like 141.?)

Is this normal? Any suggestions for how to get Pamela back up to the right speed?
