Problems with Moog Matriarch

Bought the Matriarch two weeks ago and it has been awesome until today.

Now having a multitude of weird issues - won’t bore you all with the details but it is essentially not usable as of this afternoon.

Two questions: 1) Has anyone else experienced issues after some amount of time of the synth working properly?

2) Is Moog’s Tech Support solid? Their support phone number on their website is disconnected…

I can return it to the Guitar Center where I bought it but I’d prefer to fix it because like I said, I was loving it until this happened.
