Morphagene Noise

Recently got a Morphagene (love it for my purposes) and notice a significant white noise in the signal only from the dry/input side (SOS knob CCW), even when nothing is plugged into the inputs. It’s not an unpleasantly pitched white noise, it sounds kind of filtered, but it’s quite loud and ever present. Seems to not change when go through each gain setting too. Seems to dip some when the input signal is loud but otherwise it’s everpresent. Goes away when you set it clockwise for the sample/loop output. I wonder if it’s a funny unit, a power issue (I have a cheap Behringer power supply) or if it’s present in all Morphagenes and we just have to accept it.
