Choosing a quantizer

Recently got an 0coast and sq-10 for fun and now I'm interested in building a rack focused on modulation and generative sequences. I'm already getting the Turing machine but want a quantizer and found a local shop that specializes in synths and modular that has a few in stock. They have the 2hp tune, the Doepfer A-156, and the Mosaic quantizer. (They also list the Tiptop and Erica pico but as out of stock) I'm leaning towards the Doepfer because it is simple but has two inputs.
