Potentially buying a juno-60 need advice on if it's worth it.

There's a local listing of someone selling a juno-60 as a "project" the things he said are wrong with it is that the square wave is always on and the sustain and release section of the envelope is unresponsive. Is this something that sounds like an easy fix? He said everything else works as is. He had it listed for $1600 but I talked him down to $950 and he's warming up to the offer. It also comes with the dcb to midi kit. Do you think it would be a good buy/easy fix or am I potentially getting into a money pit? Thanks in advance!
