Case power recommendation?

I'm about to start construction on a case and want to move away from using power supplies that take up valuable HP, instead opting for an internal supply with a case-mounted switch. I'm also learning that I'm apparently bad at researching power solutions on the market (it starts to get confusing how power is divided among the +/- rails), so I'm looking for recommendations that would power the following rig safely:

34 modules +12v 1864mA -12v 826mA +5v 90mA
