Multiple sequences different bpm.

I would like to have a device that can send multiple sequences of different lengts/measures/bpm via midi language. Or different sequences that have an lfo on their BPM. I love if some layers in music stretch and shrink. Ive been poundering about this for months how to do this without a pc (i made electronic music for 18 years and just cant stand pcs anymore im just done with it). So i hoped someone in this reddit could provide some tips or has ideas what i could do.
