is there a hardware solution for midi to dmx that dose not require a computer?

ok i found this and it certainly looks rad . https://www.enttec.com/product/controls/dmx-lighting-control-software/dmxis/ but as i understand this it requires a computer software. what i really want to do is use one of my spare octatrack midi channells to control a dmx rig. is this possible?
