SH-01a volume issue ??

So I can’t find one piece of troubleshooting for this issue online anywhere. But when I record my SH-01a into my DAW whether it be through headphone or output, the volume slowly decreases over a period of about 2 minutes until it’s completely quiet. I have to “reset” the volume knob on the back and it jumps to being fucking crazy loud. Needless to say, this makes recording a nightmare. Anyone dealt with this or have a fix? I feel like it’s just crapping out on me.
