I have been a fan of Moog Audio (Canada) and have purchased lots of assorted kit from them in the last year or so, but they are one of the only places in the country to buy Eurorack kit (aside from Long & MacQuade which only stocks Intelligel & Mutable Instruments).
We (my bandmate and I) have tried to place a LOT of orders from their website, but a day or two after almost every single order in the last two months is placed, we'll receive an email saying that one of the items that we tried to order is not is stock.
Is it just me, or is this totally unacceptable for someone with a web-facing store to not update their frigging site? At least if I knew before a day or two went by I could at least start looking for something else. Their webmaster needs to put down the doobies and get his frigging ass in gear - or retire.
Anyone know of any reliable places in Canada from which to order Eurorack modules and kits aside from L&M?
(TL;DR Getting tired of trying to order every frigging Doepfer filter from Moog Audio Canada only to be told a day later that it's not available.)
