First modular based on MN System Cartesian?

I am looking to jump in with a Make Noise System Cartesian, but wanted room to play, so looking at getting a 7U case from MN and slowly building up to the System Cartesian.

I have an Analog Four I can use to sequence. So I can do without the Renee initially. My question is, what modules should I start with from the SC? Like what is the bare minimum to start having some fun?

I suspect I may not even end up with a full System Cartesian but it seems like a good map to start with.

My other option would be to start in a similar place but with an Intellijel 7U performance case. And focus on Intellijel modules. Do Intellijel and Make Noise play nice for the most part?
