Swapping power board on Make Noise CV Bus case

I'm thinking of picking up one of these cases, really would like to use the CV bus in my patching and also I like that it's made from aluminum, not wood.

The power board Make Noise includes is capable, but doesn't give me enough voltage for the amount of stuff I plan to stuff into my rig. Has anyone ever swapped the power board on this case out for something like the Intellijel TPS80W?

Seems like it would be easy enough to substitute the board itself into the case. Both can wire up to an external switch and power connector. Wondering if anyone has done this before.
