			<description><![CDATA[So through my limited experience of mastering House and Techno music from years gone by, the techniques for "noise" are obviously quite different.<br />
<br />
Maximising impact levels, distortion and clipping are now OK <br />
<br />
But you still want it to sound "good"?<br />
<br />
Loudness is obviously a big factor.<br />
<br />
Subtle use of stereo separation / panning and volume control can make big differences.<br />
<br />
Analysis of a tracks waveform is a big indicator of where you are at and what can be increased.  Audacity has both waveform and spectrum analysis as free tools.<br />

Will add more thoughts here and hoping for more hints &amp; tips from others]]></description>
