Sustain pedal for Yamaha Cs1x not working

I own a Yamaha Cs1x which is excellent but I can't get my sustain pedal to work properly. </p> <p>When I tried the fix Yamaha suggested, the people stays in pressed mode when I don't have my foot on it.
