Sustain pedal for Yamaha Cs1x not working

Hey guys. I own a Yamaha Cs1x which is excellent but I can't get my sustain pedal to work properly.

When I tried the fix Yamaha suggested, the people stays in pressed mode when I don't have my foot on it. So it's reversed.

My pedal is from the brand Supreme.

Does anyone know how to fix this?
