Juno 106 Dead Key Issue

Hello All!

I've recently began repairs on my Juno 106 and have run into some issues regarding a few keys that will not trigger. Ive done the voice chip diagnostic and all 6 seem operational. The keys in question are all the same (E, C, Ab, E, C, Ab, starting from the bottom up). I've cleaned the physical contacts on them all but they still do not register in the diagnostic mode or trigger any noise form the synth. All of the diodes on the physical keyboard are all within tolerance as well. I've also plugged in a separate MIDI keyboard controller and the keys in question do work! I believe it is some sort of internal MIDI encoding issue from the internal keyboard itself? Thank you for any help or insights as I've been stuck for a couple months on this one!

All my best!

submitted by /u/MrQuicksilver77
[link] [comments]
