Effects Build as a starting point?

<!-- SC_OFF --><div class="md"><p>I posted the other day for some pointers on a case and got some great feedback, but now I have new question.</p> <ul> <li>Would it make sense to start by building an Effects rack?</li> </ul> <p>I have the Moog Sound Studio and a West Pest. People suggested identifying needs. Right now I run effects in my DAW (sometimes just reverb on my mixer).
