<!-- SC_OFF --><div class="md"><p>I was just browsing its <a href="https://www.elektron.se/products/analog-drive/">product page</a> and came across <a href="https://i.imgur.com/Jvg7kK8.png">this</a> diagram. Interestingly enough there's a buffer right after the input. AFAIK only in the digital world there are buffers so I found it a bit strange. </p> <p>If anyone else can shed a light on it then it would be much appreciated.</p> </div><!-- SC_ON --> submitted by <a href="https://www.reddit.com/user/justajunior"> /u/justajunior </a> <br/> <span><a href="https://www.reddit.com/r/synthesizers/comments/ddsih2/if_analog_drive_is_fully_analog_then_why_is_there/">[link]</a></span> <span><a href="https://www.reddit.com/r/synthesizers/comments/ddsih2/if_analog_drive_is_fully_analog_then_why_is_there/">[comments]</a></span>
