<!-- SC_OFF --><div class="md"><p>Has anyone actually received tech support from Roland recently? I've sent in 4 requests over the past 5 weeks and they haven't responded. It seems very strange to me, because I'm trying to get support for a fairly new purchase and my product is listed as one that they provide direct support.</p> <p>I've attempted support via the official link (while logged into my Roland account) here.
