Korg Volca Beats not producing sound through headphone jack

What's good. Hope everyone is having a pleasant Tuesday. A couple of days ago my Volca Beats stopped producing sound out of the headphone jack. I have tried different headphones and different speakers/amps, I got a little bit of sound out of it on the speaker and the headphone but I could barely hear it. Can anyone help me out?
