It is simply six 40106 Oscillators, with high and low range switch, coarse tuning knob, output jack and indicator LED. This module is used as mainly clock signals to drive the various other sequencers, envelope generators, and other triggerable devices. There was a mistake in my build.. I used 100k pots instead of 1Meg.. this lead to me using unusual capacitor sizes for the timing caps. See schematic below:
